Role Description The Credit Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt,
responsible for overseeing credit activities across assigned portfolios. This role involves monitoring customer credit limits,
reviewing and approving credit applications within delegated authority, and ensuring adherence to internal credit policies and risk standards.
The Credit Supervisor will track receivables, coordinate debt collection efforts, and collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve overdue accounts while maintaining strong client relationships.
Daily tasks include analyzing financial data,
preparing credit and aging reports, recommending credit terms or adjustments, and supporting continuous improvement of credit control processes.
forecasting cash flow impacts related to credit decisions and supports audits and compliance reviews.
Qualifications
Strong credit control and credit management skills, with experience setting and monitoring credit limits and policies.
Proficient analytical skills for assessing financial statements, credit risk, and portfolio performance.
Experience in debt collection, including negotiation, payment arrangements, and dispute resolution.
Solid foundation in finance, preferably within corporate or commercial environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in a supervisory or senior credit role, at least 5 years, preferably in a leasing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail, aligned with SKY Lease core values.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP or credit management systems.
