Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Designer role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Motion Designer will create product-focused animations and motion graphics that explain and promote Cyber Shield’s SaaS and cybersecurity solutions, including UI/UX flows, feature highlights, and product walkthroughs. Daily tasks include concept development, storyboarding, designing visual assets, animating interface elements, and producing short videos for marketing, product, and customer education. The role also involves collaborating with product managers, marketers, and designers to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visual stories, while maintaining brand consistency and meeting project deadlines.

Main Qualifications Required:
🔹SaaS / product animation experience (must) — real client work animating for software or tech products (explainer videos, UI/feature walkthroughs, product launches), not just consumer brand, retail, or agency marketing content. This has been the single hardest filter — almost the entire pool has cosmetics/retail/F&B/agency backgrounds and no SaaS clients at all.
🔹Illustrator self-sufficiency (must) — able to build their own artboards and character/asset work from scratch in Illustrator, not just animate assets someone else designed. We've been checking whether a candidate's "illustration" credit is genuinely their own artwork or adapted/traced from references.
🔹Familiarity with Higgsfield AI (must) — hands-on exposure to Higgsfield specifically, not just AI video tools in general.
🔹Hands-on AI video generation experience (must) — actual production use of AI video tools (Runway, Kling, Pixverse, etc.) that made it into real client-facing deliverables, not just used for mood boards/concepting.
