We are seeking a Senior Accountant with strong experience in fine dining restaurant finance, cost control, and Tally Prime. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting operations, food cost reporting, inventory reconciliation, and month‑end closing for a premium F&B environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Manage daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation).
- Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and MIS reports.
- Ensure accurate month‑end and year‑end closing.
F&B Costing & Inventory Control
- Perform recipe costing, menu costing, portion control, yield tests.
- Monitor food cost variance, wastage, pilferage, and shrinkage.
- Conduct inventory audits, stock reconciliation, and POS‑to‑inventory matching.
- Review daily sales reports, average check, covers, and outlet‑level profitability.
Systems & Compliance
- Work extensively on Tally Prime and MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, MIS).
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and support corporate tax documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors and prepare required schedules.
Operational Support
- Partner with chefs, outlet managers, and procurement teams on cost control.
- Review menu pricing, promotions, discounts, and complimentary checks.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Minimum 2–3 years of fine dining F&B accounting experience (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory control, POS reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and Advanced Excel.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
