Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will support clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, providing informed guidance on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, negotiating terms, and coordinating with legal and financial partners to ensure smooth transactions. The role involves maintaining accurate listing information, updating CRM records, and following up consistently with clients to build long-term relationships. The Real Estate Agent will also represent TREX professionally at property viewings, client meetings, and networking events to strengthen the company’s presence in the New Cairo market.
