Health360 builds the software running inside Iraqi clinics and hospitals: e-prescriptions, clinic management, PACS and medical imaging, and hospital information systems. We work with thousands of physicians, private hospitals and national medical bodies, and the number of live projects has outgrown what the founders can run day to day.
We're hiring one Project Manager to own delivery end to end across all of it.
What you'll do
Run every active project from kickoff to go-live: scope, timeline, milestones, handover
Coordinate engineering, operations, field teams and clients so nobody is waiting on nobody
Track blockers and dependencies across projects and clear them before they become delays
Own client-facing commitments: what we promised, when, and whether we're on track
Keep the CEO informed with short, honest status, not slide decks
Set up and maintain the tooling (Notion or similar) and make the team actually use it
Who we're looking for
3+ years managing software delivery, ideally with several projects in parallel
Comfortable sitting with a hospital director in the morning and a backend engineer in the afternoon
Fluent Arabic and solid working English
Organised, direct, and not afraid to say "this date won't hold" early
Healthcare or regulated-industry experience is a plus, not a requirement
Based in Baghdad or willing to relocate
