Role Description The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing water treatment projects from initial planning through design, execution, and commissioning in coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include preparing technical designs and documentation, supporting electrical and mechanical system integration, monitoring project progress against schedules and budgets, and coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve technical issues. The role also involves site visits in and around Amman, reviewing installation quality, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and preparing regular project status reports. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Amman, with a mix of on-site work at project locations and office tasks that can be completed from home.
Qualifications
* Candidates should possess Project Engineering and Project Planning skills to manage technical scope, schedules, and resource allocation.
* Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities, including coordination of teams, risk management, and progress tracking.
* Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering knowledge relevant to water treatment systems, control panels, and related equipment.
* Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary internal teams.
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience in water treatment, infrastructure, or industrial projects is highly beneficial.
* Proficiency in engineering design software and MS Office; familiarity with CAD tools is an advantage.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to both on-site and remote work environments.
