Luxe Talent, International recruitment consultancy is currently looking for a professional and talented Plant Manager / Factory Director to join an industrial company based in Tangier, Morocco.

Job Description:The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and structuring the overall management of one or two industrial plants, overseeing teams of between 200 and 500+ employees, while actively contributing to process implementation, organisational improvement and the development of the local team.
- Planning and coordinating production, including capacity planning and line balancing to optimise resources and productivity.
- Monitoring operational efficiency and production performance, ensuring compliance with established quality standards and targets.
- Implementing and consolidating processes, procedures and working systems.
- Improving plant efficiency, productivity and operational performance.
- Establishing and monitoring operational and production KPIs.
- Coordinating cross-functional activities with the warehouse, Purchasing/Sourcing and Product Development teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Leading the implementation and management of a new AI-powered ERP/MRP system, ensuring its effective adoption across the organisation.
- Developing and implementing operational systems and workflows to structure and optimise the plant's day-to-day activities.
- Training and developing the local workforce, ensuring teams are properly equipped to follow the new processes, systems and working standards.
Requirements:
- Availability for an initial 1–2 year project, with the possibility of extension.
- Previous experience as a Plant Manager, Factory Manager, Industrial Director, Factory Director or equivalent position.
- Proven experience managing large teams and complex industrial structures.
- Experience in textile, fashion, garment manufacturing or production for major international groups. Candidates from other industrial sectors will also be considered.
- Experience in production planning, line balancing, efficiency monitoring and quality management.
- Experience implementing processes, continuous improvement initiatives and operational optimisation.
