Role Description The Pattern Maker is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 2nd 6 October. This role is responsible for developing, adjusting, and finalizing patterns for a variety of textile and apparel products, ensuring accurate fit and efficient production. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and modifying patterns, translating design concepts into production-ready templates, coordinating fittings, and integrating feedback from designers and production staff. The Pattern Maker will work closely with cutting and sewing teams to resolve technical issues, maintain pattern libraries, and ensure consistency across styles and sizes. The role also involves using manual and computer-aided tools to optimize pattern layout, reduce fabric waste, and support on-time manufacturing.
