- Strong technical background in GPS systems, navigation technologies, and related hardware/software integration.
- Experience in system installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance in a technical or engineering environment.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, data transmission protocols, and basic telecommunications concepts.
- Ability to provide training and technical guidance to colleagues and end users in clear, accessible language.
- Relevant engineering or technical degree (e.g., Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, monitoring platforms, and technical documentation practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on reliability and service quality.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Erbil and occasionally in the field as required.
- Experience in telecom or service aggregation environments is an advantage.
