*Job Objectives:** Governs the development and enhancement of Master Data standards.
* Accountable for the integrity of the Maximo CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Master Data.
* Leads Master Data cleanse and sustain efforts.
*Technical Task:** Data Quality, Accountability, and Standards
Ownership of the integrity and quality of master and transactional data within the area of responsibility. While the Technical Team owns the maintenance build, ensure all data provided, cleansed, and updated meets the required quality standards.
*Key Actions:** Establish clear ownership and accountability for data quality.
* Review and validate data received from the Technical Team.
* Ensure data cleansing and updates are accurate, complete, and consistent.
* Identify and address data quality issues promptly.
* Monitor data quality and implement controls to prevent recurring issues.
Success Measure: Master and transactional data within the area of responsibility is accurate, complete, consistent, and maintained to the required standards, with clear accountability for identifying and resolving data quality issues.
- DMOC Resolution, and Timely Closure
Ownership of DMOC resolution and ensure issues are actively managed through to correct and timely closure. Strengthen quality control to ensure DMOCs are completed correctly the first time and accurately reflected in KPI reporting.
*Key Actions:** Actively monitor DMOCs through to completion and avoid overdue backlog.
* Apply appropriate quality checks and self-verification before closure.
* Ensure incomplete or incorrectly completed DMOCs are identified and corrected promptly.
* Track repeat submissions and outstanding actions.
* Ensure DMOC KPIs and reporting accurately reflect the actual workload, repeat activities, and outstanding issues.
Success Measure: DMOCs are completed correctly within the agreed timeframe, with no overdue backlog. Repeat or incomplete submissions are minimized, and reported KPIs provide an accurate representation of workload, status, and outstanding issues.
- Work Management Performance and Continuous Improvement
A key expectation is the timely and accurate submission of the KPI trackers every month. Monthly KPI reporting must be completed within the agreed timeframe, with the information properly validated before submission.
*Key Actions:** Submit KPI trackers on time every month.
* Validate data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before submission.
* Resolve discrepancies before reporting and maintain supporting evidence.
* Proactively communicate any significant issues or delays.

Ownership for developing and maintaining a comprehensive CMMS Data Standards and Input Guide as a priority. Strengthen the overall data management strategy to ensure consistent data standards, quality, and governance across all teams.
*Key Actions:** Define clear requirements for data structure, content, input, and quality checks.
* Establish consistent standards for the CMMS, M&R teams, and third party providers such as AIE.
* Identify and address data quality gaps, reducing inconsistent entries, rework, and differing interpretations.
* Maintain the guide as a controlled and continuously improving reference document.
* Communicate the standards and ensure they are understood and consistently applied.
*Success Measures:** Comprehensive guide completed, approved, and implemented.

Strengthen proactive ownership of data quality issues and ensure all Maximo changes are fully traceable, auditable, and supported by appropriate evidence.
*Key Actions:** Proactively identify, resolve, and escalate data quality issues within agreed timelines.
* Ensure DMOCs and Maximo records provide a complete audit trail.
* Verify that changes include the reason, supporting documentation/source, responsible person, and required approval.

Strengthen collaboration with Operations, PSCM, Finance, and other stakeholders, with greater focus on understanding user needs and delivering timely, practical solutions.

*Expected:** Technical Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
*Essential Experience And Job Requirements:** Extensive experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and databases.
* Proven ability in practical application of developing, building, operating, and maintaining Maintenance Builds and CMMS systems.
* People leadership and stakeholder management experience.
* Extensive and relevant industry experience in brownfield environments. At least 12 years’ industry experience with 5 years in International multicultural Operational roles across the full value chain of hydrocarbon and water production facilities.
*Desirable Criteria And Qualifications** Key skills include communication, interpersonal relationships, facilitation, influencing, and negotiating.
* Ability to develop others and foster diverse relationships in a multicultural environment.
* Ability to identify correct priorities of maintenance and engineering support activities.
* Experience with Maximo CMMS and ERP system.
* Ability to speak Arabic would be beneficial but not essential.
