Job Summary
We are urgently looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience working with both on-premises and cloud-based D365 CRM solutions. The candidate must be an Arabic speaker and have some experience with Dynamics DCC. Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia (KSA) with a transferable Iqama will be preferred due to the urgent hiring requirement.
Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing CRM support and maintenance.
- Work with business stakeholders to enhance CRM functionality and improve user experience.
- Utilize Dynamics DCC experience to support relevant business requirements and processes.
- Assist with system upgrades, deployments, testing, and documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Experience with both on-premises and cloud-based D365 CRM environments.
- Must be an Arabic speaker.
- Must have some experience with Dynamics DCC.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred: Currently residing in KSA with a transferable Iqama.
- Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice are strongly preferred.
