üíº Key Responsibilities
- * Active sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and referral networks.
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
- Lead end-to-end candidate screening and interviewing against role requirements and cultural fit.
- Coordinate the candidate assessment process and document screening feedback.
- Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier market talent.
üîç Requirements 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven track record of sourcing IT / Technical profiles (junior to mid-senior levels) is highly desirable.
* Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment databases.
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
* Previous recruitment agency and ATS experience is a strong advantage.
* Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong stakeholder management, organization, and communication skills.
* Fluency in English* is essential.
