Role Description The Customer Support (English) B2/C1 role is a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm 1st 6 October. In this role, team members handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in English, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about products and services. Daily responsibilities include resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments, and ensuring timely follow-up to maintain high levels of satisfaction. The role also involves providing basic technical support, documenting interactions in internal systems, and adhering to company policies and quality standards. Collaboration with colleagues and supervisors is essential to meet performance targets and contribute to a positive customer experience.
