Role Description The Business Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Maḩallah al Kubrá. This role focuses on identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential and existing customers, and supporting overall revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting inside sales activities, presenting product offerings, and following up on inquiries to convert prospects into loyal customers. The representative will collaborate with store management to develop sales strategies, track performance metrics, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in sales systems and participating in promotional activities and campaigns.
Qualifications
* Candidates should possess Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify, engage, and nurture potential customers.
* Candidates should possess strong Sales and Business Development skills to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
* Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
* Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
* Ability to work on-site in Al Maḩallah al Kubrá, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
* Comfort with basic computer applications and sales tracking tools.
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
* Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
