Job Responsibilities:
Plan, develop and implement activities, product management, and strategies to promote a product, helps in identifying the target audience of a product.
Check the efficiency of the implemented product development and marketing strategies regularly parallel to achieving financial and operating targets.
Analyzes all aspects of marketing such as analyzing competitors, industry analysis, statistical reports, and IMS data to identify and propose product improvement initiatives.
Track, evaluate the monthly budget plan and recommend cost-reduction initiatives without affecting badly the marketing objectives under the supervision and through coordination with the Brand Manager.
Create Message for the right target customers per product in addition to delivering optimum training for concerned employees to achieve marketing strategic objectives.
Performs measuring, analyzing, and positioning of the products, prepares product marketing presentations and publications, in addition, to assist in organizing product advertising, promotion, and media activities.
Maintains accurate documentation of business processes, policies, and priorities, in addition to conducting market studies/research and helping create effective marketing programs.
Support in developing product pricing and marketing strategies to achieve sales objectives in addition to identifying new marketing opportunities to maximize revenue/growth.
Supports sales management team through double visits and evaluating sales call results
Create/deliver Medical & product knowledge trainings that drive role effectiveness for the promotion departments.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry sciences or any related field is preferred.
