Role Description The AI Engineer at HAYYA MED AI will design, develop, and deploy AI models and systems that support intelligent products and platforms. This full-time, on-site role in Doha, Qatar involves building and optimizing machine learning pipelines, implementing neural network architectures, and integrating AI capabilities into production-grade software solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business and clinical requirements, developing pattern recognition and NLP solutions, and ensuring models are scalable, secure, and reliable. The AI Engineer will also maintain code quality, conduct performance evaluations and experiments, monitor model performance in production, and contribute to documentation and best practices for AI development.
Qualifications
* Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
* Expertise in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for building and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models.
* Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), including text processing, language models, and conversational AI systems.
* Proficiency with Python and common AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and experience deploying models to cloud or on-prem environments.
* Familiarity with MLOps practices, version control (Git), CI/CD, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) for production-grade AI solutions.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and document solutions effectively.
* Experience in healthcare, enterprise SaaS, or automation-focused projects is an advantage, as is exposure to data analytics and business intelligence.
