PayMingle is building purpose-built payment orchestration infrastructure for regional brokerage and trading platforms. To ensure our engineering directly solves real-world operational bottlenecks, we are conducting paid/structured 1-on-1 expert consultation calls with active industry leaders.
We are seeking Operations, Growth, Trading, and Treasury Leaders currently or recently working within regional financial brokerages to participate in targeted consultation sessions.
What the Consultation Covers:
In a 45–60 minute session with our Product team, you will share your direct operational experience on:
- Processing Costs: Realities of cross-border deposit fees eating into profit margins.
- FX & Treasury Friction: Currency conversion friction when client deposit currencies don't match settlement accounts.
- Gateway Reliability: Pain points with dropped authorization rates, routing failures, and gateway downtime.
- Local Rails & APMs: Challenges in integrating regional alternative payment methods across different markets.
Requirements:
- urrent or recent mid-to-senior experience in Operations, Growth, Trading, or Treasury at a regional financial brokerage.
- First-hand experience managing or dealing with payment gateways, acquiring banks, FX settlements, or APMs.
Format:
Duration: 45 to 60-minute single remote call.
Compensation: Hourly consulting rate / honorarium provided for your time and expertise.
