Egypt Planners is looking for a customer-focused Tour Consultant to help travelers plan and book trips across Egypt. You’ll understand each traveler’s needs, recommend suitable experiences, prepare itineraries and quotations, and guide clients through the booking process.
Responsibilities
- * Respond to new travel inquiries by email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Understand clients’ interests, travel dates, budget, and preferences
- Create tailored Egypt itineraries and prepare accurate quotations
- Follow up with prospective clients and support them through booking
- Coordinate trip details with hotels, guides, transport providers, and other suppliers
- Keep client records and booking information organized and up to date
- Provide helpful service before, during, and after the trip
Qualifications
- * Strong written and spoken English
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer-service skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups
- Knowledge of Egypt’s destinations and travel experiences is an advantage
- Previous experience in tourism, travel sales, or tour operations is preferred
- Additional languages are a plus
