Role Description The Sales Consultant role at Coldwell Banker New Homes is a full-time, on-site position based in Giza. The Sales Consultant will guide prospective buyers through the full sales cycle, including understanding their needs, presenting suitable off-plan and new-build properties, and explaining project details, pricing, and payment plans. The role involves conducting property viewings, following up with leads, maintaining accurate client records, and coordinating with developers and internal teams to ensure a seamless transaction process. The Sales Consultant will also provide ongoing customer support, address inquiries and concerns, and work toward achieving individual and team sales targets while upholding the company’s standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to identify customer needs, present suitable solutions, and close deals effectively.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver a positive experience and build long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain complex property information clearly and interact confidently with diverse clients.
- Relevant experience in real estate sales or related fields, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused approach and high ethical standards.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools; fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
