Role Description
We are hiring A Resident Engineer
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Construction Supervision is required, Project Management record is an addition.
- Consecutive experience working in an Engineering Consultant company in Dubai (min 5 years)
- Experience in Towers & Highrise buildings in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) is mandatory (min 10 years)
- Strong understanding of Engineering principles and construction techniques.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day to day construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and keep the project on track.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure work meets established standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders and invoices.
