Responsibilities:
- Quantity take-off for all MEP items in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV, LPG.
- Able to identify & segregate MEP items service/trade wise.
- Able to operate on MS Office.
- Prepare bill of quantity system wise, building wise etc.
- Preparation & submission of monthly payment certificate of MEP services.
- Checking invoices raised by subcontractors.
- Inform Project manager in case of exceeded material / labour / other costs with respect to budget.
- Good understanding of MEP drawings, systems, items etc.
- Knowledge of quantity take-off software preferable.
- Maintain precise records of material, labour & other expenses spent on project on weekly basis.
- Monitor budget regularly with respect to orders issued, payments made etc.
- Coordinate with project engineers.
- Maintain accurate records of quantities item wise, subcon wise, building wise.
- Verify the quantity provided by subcontractor with our internal items / quantity.
- Coordinate with site team, subcons & material coordinator.
Functional Pre-Requisites Skills:
- Good Leadership skills and strong verbal communication.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude and flexibility.
- Bachelors in QS, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
