Role Description The Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer is responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs to produce air conditioning accessories and components to precise specifications. In this full-time remote role, the CNC Programmer analyzes technical drawings and engineering specifications, creates tool paths, and selects appropriate tooling and machining strategies for milling and related operations. The role involves adjusting and improving existing programs, troubleshooting machining issues, and collaborating with engineers, production teams, and quality personnel to ensure accurate and efficient manufacturing. The CNC Programmer documents processes, maintains organized program files, and supports continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, quality, and safety.
