We’re looking for an Operations Executive to join us in Dubai.
This is a broad, high-impact role for someone who enjoys being the person who keeps everything moving.
You’ll work closely with leadership and the wider team across:
• Business operations & office management
• UAE compliance, visas & PRO coordination
• Invoicing & credit control
• Contracts, TOBs & supplier onboarding
• HR & employee support
• Business development & client meeting preparation
• Systems, technology & process improvement
• Reporting, data & business planning
• Events, meetings & company communications
The role will become a key part of the operational backbone of the business, giving you real ownership and visibility across multiple areas as the company continues to grow.
