Responsibilities

* Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for patients with physical, neurological, cognitive, and psychosocial conditions.
Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans aligned with patients’ rehabilitation goals.
Provide advanced therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ functional independence, activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, cognition, and quality of life.
Support discharge planning, including home assessments, equipment recommendations, and caregiver education.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in line with hospital policy and regulatory requirements.
Ensure patient safety, infection control, and ethical practice at all times.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
Eligible for or holding a valid NHRA license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
Minimum 4-8 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist.
Experience with neurological rehabilitation, geriatrics, complex medical cases, or long-term care is highly desirable.
