An established and diversified business operating in the technical services sector is seeking an accomplished Chief Executive Officer to lead its next phase of growth and transformation.

The Role:
With full accountability for business performance, strategy and organisational development, the Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for:
- Strategic Growth: Developing and executing a compelling growth strategy, strengthening existing businesses and identifying opportunities in adjacent markets and emerging service areas.
- Commercial Performance: Accelerating profitable growth, improving margins, strengthening customer relationships and developing differentiated, higher-value offerings.
- Operational Excellence: Driving productivity, standardisation and performance improvement across multiple business units, while embedding digital capabilities and greater operational discipline.
- Leadership & Transformation: Building a high-performing leadership team, strengthening accountability and collaboration, and creating an organisation capable of delivering sustained performance improvement.
The Candidate:
We are seeking an established Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Regional President or equivalent senior business leader with a proven track record of leading and transforming complex, commercially driven organisations.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Significant P&L leadership experience, with a record of delivering profitable growth, margin improvement and operational transformation.
- A background in engineering services, technical services, industrial solutions, infrastructure-related businesses or other complex service-led environments.
- Strong commercial judgement, with experience developing new markets, expanding service offerings and building long-term customer relationships.
- Experience leading multi-business or geographically dispersed operations, including significant leadership experience in Hong Kong or Greater China.
- A track record of organisational transformation, operational improvement and developing high-performing leadership teams.
- Exposure to strategic partnerships, acquisitions, business integration or portfolio development.
- The ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on operational leadership.
