Role Description This is a part-time, on-site ABA Therapist role based in Kuwait. The ABA Therapist will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or qualified supervisor. Daily tasks include conducting structured teaching sessions, collecting and recording data on client behaviors and skill acquisition, and using positive reinforcement strategies. The role involves collaborating with families and team members, participating in training and team meetings, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with clinical and ethical standards. The ABA Therapist will also support clients in developing communication, social, self-help, and adaptive skills across home, clinic, school, or community settings as required.
