We are looking for a strategic, technically skilled Senior Atlassian Architect to join our Agile & Atlassian team in Sweden. As part of an experienced group of over 100 specialists, you will play a key role in designing, delivering, and optimizing Atlassian-based solutions for our clients. You will work closely with both existing and new clients, leveraging your expertise to support complex Atlassian initiatives. This hybrid position allows for flexibility while contributing to our mission as an Atlassian Platinum Partner, providing comprehensive support in implementing and automating business processes.
*Your tasks*
- Delivering high-quality, scalable Atlassian Cloud solutions that meet client needs and follow best practices
- Leading and coordinating project teams as a Technical Lead, ensuring smooth collaboration and on-time delivery
- Solving complex technical and architectural challenges within the Atlassian ecosystem
- Providing strategic guidance to clients on Atlassian platform development, integrations, and process improvements
- Supporting presales activities by designing solution architectures, contributing to proposals, and recommending the right technologies
- Participating in marketing and community initiatives, such as webinars, conferences, and industry events
- Mentoring team members and supporting their growth through training and knowledge sharing
- Analyzing client environments and suggesting innovative solutions to enhance their workflows
Requirements
- * Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Atlassian solutions
- Deep expertise in JIRA, Atlassian Tools, and Atlassian Confluence
- Hands-on mastery of Atlassian Cloud, Atlassian Guard, and Atlassian Organization Administration
- Practical experience with Rovo and Loom
- Strong command of best practices in the Atlassian ecosystem and experience in optimizing tools
- Advanced level of English and Swedish
Nice to have
- * Familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace
- Experience with TEMPO, Atlassian Data Center, ScriptRunner, and Big Picture
