Saibon is a Swedish startup on a mission to simplify the consulting industry. We’re building a platform designed to eliminate the tedious, manual, and repetitive workflows that have held the industry back for too long. Currently, we are four operative co-founders and a small team of developers, and now we’re looking for our next key member.
The RoleWe’re looking for a .NET backend developer to continue the development of our platform. You will design scalable APIs with clean architecture and develop core features like RBAC, background job pipelines, and AI-driven document workflows.
• Designing and building cloud-native .NET backend services on Google Cloud Platform
• Architecting multi-tenant systems with robust data isolation and role-based access control
• Working across the full stack when needed. You don’t have to be a React expert, but you should understand what’s happening on the frontend
Backend (Main focus)• C# / .NET 10, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core
• PostgreSQL (Cloud SQL), Firebase Authentication
• Hangfire for background jobs, FluentValidation
Frontend (you should understand this)• TypeScript, React 19, Vite
• TanStack (React Query, Router, Table, Form + Zod)
• Tailwind CSS 4, Radix UI
• Firebase Authentication
CloudGoogle Cloud Platform: Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Google Cloud Storage
Who You Are• We don’t care about how much experience you have, but we suspect that around 8+ years would be a solid foundation to solve complex problems daily
• Deep .NET/C# expertise. This is your main thing
• Solid understanding of frontend concepts and modern web development
• Genuinely excited about AI, LLMs, and how they’re changing software
• A technical degree is a plus, but what you’ve built matters more
• Entrepreneurial mindset. You see problems as things to solve, not blockers.
• You want to build something from the ground up and be proud of it in 5 years
