We are now looking for a Data Analyst to join us in a new, global role. You will work from underlying data through to analysis – spanning data modelling, transformation and quality through to dashboards and insights – helping shape how we structure, connect and use data as our digital business grows. Working closely with our Analytics Lead and AI Lead, you will join while much of our data capability is still being built.
About the roleThis is a hands-on role that brings the technical and analytical sides of data together. You will work directly with data using SQL, build and transform datasets in a modern cloud data environment, and take that work through to analysis, visualisation and business decisions.
Your work will connect you with Digital Sales, CRM, Performance Marketing, Social, Product and Engineering. One project could involve modelling customer and transaction data, another connecting a new marketing data source or improving how we measure retention or LTV. At other times, you might start with an open-ended business question and work your way from the underlying data to an analysis that leads to action.

Who you areYou have hands-on experience working with data from source to insight. You have experience with data modelling and cloud data platforms, and know how to turn underlying data into analysis that supports business decisions.
You move naturally between the technical and analytical sides of the work – understanding how data is structured and transformed while also investigating business questions, identifying what matters and communicating your findings clearly.
You are curious, technically sharp and pragmatic. You enjoy getting into complex problems, finding your way forward when the answer is not obvious and taking ownership from question to solution.
