The RoleAs HR Specialist, you will work closely with our Head of HR. You will independently manage and coordinate defined HR processes and support employees and leaders throughout the employee lifecycle.
You will have a broad role spanning recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, HR administration and data, work environment activities and day-to-day HR support. You will be responsible for ensuring that the processes within your area are well structured, professionally delivered and continuously improved.
This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, creating structure and making sure things get done, while providing a professional and positive experience for candidates, employees and People Leads.

You have experience working with HR and independently managing defined HR activities or processes. You understand the employee lifecycle, are comfortable managing several priorities at once, and communicate confidently in both Swedish and English.
