Our Junior HR Business Partner plays a key supporting role within our HR team, partnering with Sr. HR Business Partners, business leaders and employees to deliver people solutions and key HR initiatives. The role supports HR processes, employee relations, talent activities, and organizational effectiveness efforts. Through broad exposure across HR disciplines, the Jr. HRBP contributes to a positive employee experience, strong people practices, and business success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Senior HR Business Partners to deliver people initiatives that drive business success
- Use people data and insights to support informed decision-making across the organization
- Support the employee lifecycle, including performance, development, and reward processes
- Coordinate engaging onboarding experiences across the Nordics and lead local onboarding in Sweden
- Help drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and impactful follow-up actions
- Coordinate learning and development activities that support employee growth and career development
- Generate insights from exit interviews and identify opportunities to enhance employee experience
- Support key HR operations, including job evaluations, job descriptions, employee documentation, and vendor administration
- Create compelling HR communications, presentations, reports, and people analytics. Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen culture and ways of working
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator or HR Specialist role, with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and take increasing ownership
- Understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation
- Experience supporting HR processes and employee-related initiatives
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with the ambition to develop into a future HR Business Partner
- Experience in a multinational or matrix organization is an advantage
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills
- Experience in using AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)
- Fluency in local language and English
- Workday experience is a plus
