Our growth is driven by a focus on building strong brands, creating products with uncompromising taste and clear functionality, and consistently raising the bar across our categories.As Online Community Coordinator Sweden, you will be responsible for keeping Vitamin Well, NOCCO, Barebells, and NÅBE active, relevant, and engaged across social media platforms in the Swedish market.
You will manage publishing, conversations, community engagement, and day-to-day communication across our channels. From responding to direct messages and engaging with consumers and creators to identifying trends and supporting content planning, you will help ensure our brands remain active, relevant, and connected to their communities.
This role sits at the heart of our social presence in Sweden. You will have a constant pulse on what is happening across our channels, what audiences respond to, what is moving in Swedish culture, and where opportunities exist to strengthen engagement and community growth.
You will work closely with the Swedish Social Marketing team as well as our wider global social organisation. The role is based at Vitamin Well Group HQ in Stockholm.
In this role you willPublishing, communication and engagement
- * Publish content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant social channels
- Manage comments, conversations, and direct messages across our channels
- Engage with relevant content, creators, consumers, and communities beyond our own channels
- Help ensure our brands maintain an active, consistent, and culturally relevant presence across platforms
- Support reactive publishing and communication around trends, activations, partnerships, and cultural moments
Community and audience engagement
- * Engage with consumers and communities through daily interaction across social platforms
- Support personalised send-outs, product seeding, and community initiatives
- Build and maintain creator, ambassador, community, and send-out lists
- Identify relevant creators, profiles, and communities for our brands to engage with
- Identify opportunities to strengthen engagement and grow our communities
Trends, insights and reporting
- * Stay constantly updated on trends, conversations, creators, and cultural moments relevant to our brands
- Contribute ideas and audience insights to content planning and creative development
- Monitor channel performance and audience behaviour
- Produce weekly reports and performance updates
- Use insights and learnings to improve engagement and content performance
- Bring relevant Swedish trends and audience behaviour into the wider social team
Social marketing Work closely with Content, Brand Experience, and other parts of the Social Marketing team to maximise the impact of activations, partnerships, and content
* Help identify opportunities for reactive content and trend-driven activity
* Bring audience feedback, trends, and community insights into the wider social marketing team
* Support social activations and creator collaborations when relevant
* Contribute to building a strong and recognisable social presence for Vitamin Well, NOCCO, Barebells, and NÅBE* in Sweden

Who you areYou are naturally curious about what people engage with, talk about, and share online.
Social media is something you genuinely understand and enjoy beyond simply consuming content. You pay attention to trends, creators, communities, conversations, memes, and platform behaviour, and you have a strong instinct for what creates engagement.
You understand Swedish online culture and are quick to recognise when something is gaining momentum and could become relevant for one of our brands.
You are structured enough to keep publishing, communication, and community work organised, while remaining flexible enough to react quickly when opportunities appear.
Most importantly, you enjoy being close to the conversation and understanding what makes people want to interact with brands.
To succeed in this role, you likely have Experience with social media, community management, publishing, content creation, or similar areas is advantageous
* A strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging social channels
* A strong interest in Swedish trends, creators, online culture, and consumer behaviour
* Strong written communication skills and a natural feel for tone of voice
* A structured and detail-oriented way of working

* Fluency in Swedish and English*
