We're looking for an Operational Excellence Manager to own operational excellence across your market area. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of Operations Excellence Consultants while protecting our brand and operational standards, and partner with Operations Directors to drive consistent, high-quality execution across our coffee shops.

What You'll DoAs an Operational Excellence Manager, you'll make sure the right procedures, equipment, and products reach our coffee shops in the right way, and that our shops run with consistent routines, systems, and standards. You will follow performance closely across your market area, identify best practices and areas for improvement, and work with Operations Directors, the Operations Deployment Manager, and teams across Espresso House to turn them into lasting change. It's a central role with a direct impact on company results through operational efficiency and shop improvements.
