TL;DR: We're hiring a People Operations Lead to drive and scale the systems, processes, and operating rhythms that keep Lovable moving fast as we grow across Sweden, the UK, the US, and beyond. You’ll manage and develop a regional People Ops team, own HRIS, payroll, compliance, employee lifecycle workflows, and contractor risk, and build the documentation, reporting, automation, and AI-native self-service foundations that make People Ops clear, reliable, and easy to navigate at scale.

The RoleAs the People Operations Lead you’ll lead and develop the existing People Ops specialists, own the systems and processes that hold the function together (HRIS, payroll, compliance, contractor risk), and build the durable operating mechanisms, documentation, reporting, and self-service workflows that let Lovable keep moving fast.
