About The RoleAs Brand Marketing Specialist for Klättermusen Experiences (KMX), you lead the planning, development and delivery of a seasonal marketing plan that builds the KMX brand and drives trip bookings.
Working within Klättermusen’s Integrated Marketing Team, you turn business priorities into clear campaign briefs, asset requirements and coordinated marketing activities. You will be embedded with KMX operations and the integrated marketing team to ensure campaigns are delivered consistently, effectively and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- * Own the seasonal KMX marketing plan, aligned with business priorities, key experiences, booking periods and Klättermusen’s wider brand calendar.
- Translate the KMX commercial plan into clear marketing priorities that build demand, generate guest acquisition and contribute to business objectives.
- Own KMX within the Integrated Marketing Team, ensuring its priorities are visible, understood and incorporated into seasonal campaign planning.
- Lead the KMX campaign briefing process, providing clear direction to Creative, Social, PR, CRM, Digital, Retail and Regional marketing teams.
- Project manage integrated campaign delivery across the IMT, tracking milestones, dependencies, approvals and final outputs.
- Define how Klättermusen products, people, partners and experiences are integrated into KMX marketing, using real mountain environments as credible proof of functionality.
- Develop and maintain the KMX Seasonal Asset List, ensuring the right assets are planned, prioritised and delivered for each campaign.
- Identify the most relevant KMX journeys, conditions and guide perspectives to support seasonal Klättermusen product and category campaigns.
- Partner with KMX Operations to confirm commercial priorities and factual trip information, while retaining ownership of the marketing approach.
- Monitor campaign performance with channel owners, evaluating contribution to awareness, qualified demand, bookings and brand credibility.
- Capture seasonal learnings and use them to improve future campaign planning, prioritisation and IMT execution.

Experience & Skills
- * 5+ years’ brand marketing experience, ideally within premium travel, adventure tourism or hospitality.
- Experience leading integrated seasonal marketing campaigns across multiple markets and channels.
- Strong understanding of the travel customer journey and how to build inspiration, trust and confidence around a high-consideration purchase.
- Confident coordinating multiple internal teams, stakeholders, agencies and partners.
- Excellent project management, prioritization and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with budgets, timelines, campaign performance and reporting.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in English. Additional European languages are a plus.
