About Boat Trips Club
Boat Trips Club is an online booking platform for boat tours and yacht experiences, live in nearly 40 destinations worldwide. We are a small, fast-moving team that uses AI across everything we do, and we are opening our first office in Dubai to build our core team.
The role
You own how Boat Trips Club shows up on social media. You create the content, run our influencer and creator partnerships, and grow a community that trusts us and books with us. You report directly to the founders.
What you will do
- Plan, create and publish content across Instagram, TikTok and our other social channels
- Shoot and edit short-form video and photos yourself, including on location at our Dubai experiences
- Run our influencer and creator program: sourcing, vetting, outreach, agreements and making sure every deliverable comes in
- Grow and manage our community: comments, DMs and our broadcast channel
- Turn creator and customer content into posts, stories and social proof
- Track performance and report on what works and what doesn't
- Use AI tools to work faster: ideas, captions, editing, scheduling and reporting
What we are looking for
- At least 3 years managing social media for a brand, ideally in travel, hospitality or lifestyle
- Strong short-form video skills. You shoot and edit your own content in CapCut, Premiere or similar
- Experience running influencer or creator collaborations with clear deliverables
- A strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok formats, trends and what makes content perform
- Daily, practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in your work
- Clear written English
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and paid social is an advantage

- Full-time, on-site at our Dubai office
- Paid position with a monthly salary
- Candidates must hold a valid UAE residence visa and not require visa sponsorship
