Manage and coordinate multiple IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and required quality
standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage large and complex IT projects.
• Monitor project scope, timeline, cost, resources, risks, and quality.
• Coordinate with business, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and governance.
• Resolve project issues and escalate major risks to management.
• Ensure compliance with banking, regulatory, security, and quality requirements.
• Drive process improvement and effective project management practices.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong project management, analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• PMI / Project Management certification.
• Banking experience preferred.
