Job Duties:
· Responsible for Installation of light current systems such as fire alarm systems, security systems, sound system, phone and data cables, electric panel board boards and access control
· Provide projections for the project’s resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment needed for all electrical works prior to execution
· Check the quality of all electric materials used and that they are compliant with the approved specifications
· Supervise performance of technicians to ensure that the output is aligned with the pre-approved construction drawings, contracts, and project’s specifications
· Coordinate with Electrical Contractors and assign tasks to technicians
· Check the accomplishments of execution targets on a daily basis
· Provide regular progress report to the Project Manager.
· Conduct system testing to evaluate systems’ safety, reliability, and performance
· Produce shop drawing and coordinate with a technical office to prepare purchase orders and follow up with any modifications.
· Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment.
· Ensure a Proper protection system for all electrical installation.
· Be proactive and resolve electrical issues that may arise at the site.
· Review subcontractor invoices
