Responsibilities
- welcoming customers and providing sales service.
- Contributing to promoting the offers presented by the company.
- Listening intently and answering all questions and inquiries related to the proposals.
- Description of the product during the sales process.
- Packaging of goods.
- Dealing with returned or exchanged goods.
- Recording purchases on the operating system.
- Providing after-sales services.
Inside the branch
- Arranging products and display within the branch.
- Arranging the branch’s warehouse, if any, in coordination with the Direct Manager.
- Maintains the workplace clean and tidy.
- Know a lot about security and theft, and know how to prevent or deal with these situations.
- Meeting customers according to company policy
