Role Purpose
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing, coordinating, and maintaining effective relationships with investors, partners, and external stakeholders. The role ensures timely communication, accurate data management, and seamless execution of commercial deliverables in alignment with internal governance, operational timelines, and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Investor & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned investors, ensuring consistent engagement and timely communication.
- Schedule, attend, and lead investor meetings; ensure accurate representation of commercial updates, timelines, and operational requirements.
- Issue formal communications, notices, and updates to investors within defined timelines.
- Escalate delays, risks, or non-compliance through the proper hierarchy in accordance with governance protocols.
Commercial Deliverables & Reporting
- Collate, validate, and maintain investor-related data sets (e.g., compacted assets, impacted sites, contract status).
- Ensure assigned accounts are managed in alignment with RM mapping and commercial workflows.
- Coordinate effectively with Technical, C&P, and other internal teams to ensure unified and accurate information flow.
- Prepare investor notices, summaries, commercial briefs, and progress reports for internal and external circulation.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure all communication and actions adhere to internal governance standards and RTA/Mada Media protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of investor interactions, approvals, and contractual obligations.
- Support compliance reviews, audits, and internal reporting requirements.
Performance & Relationship Development
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with investors to support long-term commercial success.
- Identify opportunities to enhance investor satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Represent the organisation professionally in all external engagements.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in relationship management, account management, or investor relations.
- Experience in government-linked entities, transport, media, or infrastructure sectors is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated experience managing external stakeholders and commercial deliverables.
