Role Description The Recovery Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for managing overdue accounts, coordinating debt recovery processes, and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding payments. Day-to-day tasks include contacting customers regarding missed payments, negotiating repayment arrangements, maintaining accurate records of communication and account status, and escalating complex cases when needed. The Recovery Agent collaborates with finance and customer service teams to verify account information, address customer concerns, and uphold company policies and compliance standards. The role also involves preparing reports on recovery performance and identifying opportunities to improve collection efficiency while maintaining professional and respectful interactions.
