Qualifications
Years of Experience Required:
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in project management, business analysis, PMO, or digital transformation.
• Minimum 4 years of experience leading project teams or managing project portfolios.
• Demonstrated experience delivering business and technology projects.
• Experience within financial services, capital markets, banking, fintech, or other regulated industries is preferred.
Required Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree in one of the following:
• Information Systems
• Computer Science
• Software Engineering
• Business Administration
• Finance
• Project Management
• Related field
Professional Certifications (Preferred)
- PMP
- PRINCE2
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- CBAP (Business Analysis)
- Lean Six Sigma
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver business, technology, and strategic projects from initiation to implementation.
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Drive business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process improvement, and solution evaluation.
- Support digital transformation and technology initiatives across the organization.
- Prepare project updates, reports, and recommendations for management and governance committees.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure quality project outcomes.
- Mentor and guide project team members while promoting project management best practices.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Any Additional Preferences:
- Experience managing system implementation, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives.
- Experience working with external vendors and technology partners.
- Exposure to PMO governance and project portfolio management.
