Role Description The Kuwait Online Language School Franchise Partnership role is a remote, contract opportunity for a motivated partner to establish and grow Lingua Learn’s presence in Kuwait. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the local franchise operations, overseeing online language programs, and coordinating with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team. The partner will conduct market research, develop regional marketing and outreach strategies, and build relationships with individual learners, schools, and corporate clients. The role involves supervising local administrative processes, ensuring high-quality training delivery, and managing student and client communications. The partner will also recruit and support teaching staff as needed, monitor performance metrics, and implement growth initiatives aligned with Lingua Learn’s global standards.
