Job Purpose
The Call Center Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude to ensure a positive service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and messages and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about SRVME’s services.
- Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM systems with detailed notes.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
- Meet performance targets including call-handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery service.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English & Arabic.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
