About the Company
We are expanding our international operations and are looking for an experienced recruiter to lead the search and selection of executives and key specialists for positions in Dubai and other countries.
Responsibilities
Recruiting branch managers in different countries.
Hiring heads of sales and commercial departments.
Searching for specialists and experts in accreditation and certification.
Recruiting instructors, testing engineers, technical specialists, and subject-matter experts.
Building and maintaining a talent pipeline.
Developing effective recruitment strategies for international markets.
Publishing vacancies on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
Conducting initial interviews and assessing candidates’ professional competencies.
Coordinating interviews with company management.
Maintaining the candidate database and preparing regular recruitment reports.
Contributing to the development of the company’s employer brand.
Requirements
At least 3 years of recruitment experience.
Proven experience filling senior-level and highly specialized positions.
Practical experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and international recruitment platforms.
Understanding of recruitment practices in different countries.
Strong interviewing and competency-assessment skills.
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
High level of independence, strong organizational skills, and a results-oriented approach.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
