Role Description The Housekeeping Site Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Matruh, Egypt. This role is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, including planning, assigning, and monitoring tasks for housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the site. The individual will manage laundry services, ensure guest and client areas are well-maintained, and address customer service issues promptly and professionally. Day-to-day tasks include supervising staff performance, coordinating schedules, supporting hiring and onboarding of housekeeping team members, and enforcing health, safety, and quality procedures. The Housekeeping Site Manager will also collaborate with other facility management teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement of housekeeping services.
Qualifications
