Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Geotechnical Engineering Manager / Ground Engineering Director to oversee geotechnical engineering, ground investigation, technical coordination, and project delivery activities.
Key Responsibilities
- * Manage geotechnical engineering and ground engineering activities.
- Coordinate engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Review geotechnical reports, drawings, calculations, and technical documents.
- Support soil investigation, foundation, excavation, earthworks, and ground improvement works.
- Review ground conditions and provide technical recommendations.
- Support slope stability, settlement, foundation, and geotechnical risk assessments.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, architectural, and other project disciplines.
- Monitor technical work, site activities, quality, and project requirements.
- Identify and resolve geotechnical and site-related issues.
- Support construction, inspections, testing, and project handover.
Requirements
- * Degree or Diploma in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–10+ years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering, ground engineering, or construction.
- Good knowledge of soil, foundations, earthworks, ground investigation, and construction.
- Familiarity with geotechnical analysis or design software is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in building, infrastructure, industrial, commercial, or large-scale projects is preferred.
