Role Description The Field Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in A'ali. This role is responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with law firms, corporate clients, and individual clients who require investigative services. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and meeting potential clients, presenting Secure Services, LLC’s investigation offerings, and following up on leads to close sales. The Field Sales Representative will conduct in-person visits, attend client meetings, prepare proposals, and collaborate with the investigation team to ensure that service offerings match client needs. The role also involves tracking sales activities, reporting results, and providing feedback to improve sales strategies and client engagement.
Qualifications
- * Demonstrated experience in field sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably in legal, security, or professional services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex services clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline, set priorities, and work independently to meet or exceed targets.
- Comfort with frequent on-site client visits and traveling within the region as required.
- Knowledge of or interest in criminal defense, civil investigations, and related services is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with basic productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or contact management systems).
- Strong ethical standards, discretion, and respect for confidentiality in all client interactions.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Criminal Justice, or a related field is an advantage.
