About the role:As a Solution Architect within Trading, you will be part of a team accountable for driving the architectural agenda for FX. Your responsibility will be to evolve the architecture in line with the business objectives for FX, with a strong focus on Cloud, AI/Data, API and Security. You will help shape the strategic agenda for the application portfolio, design solutions, provide solution alternatives, and detail roadmaps towards the target architecture.
We are looking for a Solution Architect with a solid developer background, who can combine hands-on technical depth with leadership abilities and strong collaboration skills. You are expected to have been part of technology transformation journeys, including modernizing existing IT landscapes as well as major system replacements.
The architecture team within Trading consists of Solution Architects led by a Domain Architect. Together we combine deep technical skills with strong business knowledge. We believe in teamwork, learning from each other, and building solutions together.
You will also be part of the FX Tribe, which includes teams from Trading Technology and Trading Services, all working closely together to support the FX business.
While technical skills and experience are important, we believe that motivation, curiosity, and the ability to learn are equally critical for success in this role.
