ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage access cards on site
- Handle administrative tasks including managing emails and processing orders
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers
- Handle and log fault reports and maintenance requests
- Conduct regular walkthroughs and inspections of client premises
- Manage the switchboard and handle incoming telephone calls
What We’re Looking For
- * Previous experience working in a reception or front-of-house role
- High service orientation and a genuine commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Outgoing and positive attitude with a passion for service and a strong sense of integrity
- Good IT skills and solid proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
- Responsible, well-organised, proactive, and able to follow tasks through to completion
- Self-driven and motivated by delivering excellent service interactions
- Able to prioritise effectively and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
Advantageous Experience
- * Previous experience in a reception or switchboard role
- Experience in other service-oriented professions
